We are not all the same, and that is our greatest strength.

 

I am committed to creating a welcoming environment for all who come in contact with me and my work. This includes the greater community, my guests, and volunteers, employees, and Board of Directors that I partner with. Our community come from diverse backgrounds, and so do we.

 

My goal is for my community to be a place free from all forms of discrimination and disrespect, a place where all people feel welcome  all opinions are respected. I don't want people to be included, I want them to feel and know that they belong.
